He has close to 10 years Corporate Experience and has served in Mahindra Holidays, Tata Communications and Lowe Lintas Advertising and shifting into Academics, has contributed his expertise in B-Schools across India from the past 20 years.

Yuvaraj Pawar has 10+ years of experience as an HR Consultant and as a business owner, worked with well-known BFSI companies for 12 years in various capacities, interviewed and recruited 6000+ candidates till now, Guest faculty with educational institutes, motivational trainer and NLP practitioner.
